## Job Profile: CoC Data Management
Sinar Mas Forestry is actively recruiting for the CoC Data Management position. In this role, you will serve as a linchpin for administrative accuracy, regulatory compliance, and sustainable supply chain transparency.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage administrative processes concerning Production Result Reports (Laporan Hasil Produksi* or LHP).
* Perform comprehensive data analysis, input, and active monitoring within digital systems, specifically SIPUHH Online and Woodtracking.
* Prepare routine reports regarding forest product administration.
* Evaluate and monitor the implementation of Chain of Custody (CoC) standards.
## Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following educational and professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Forestry, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Administration, or a closely related discipline.
* Experience Level: Open to exceptional fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to one year of professional experience in forestry administration, forest product management, or related administrative fields.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Demonstrate a solid understanding of government regulations and standard operating procedures concerning forest product management.
* Technical Proficiency: Possess strong data analysis and processing skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Interpersonal Skills: Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation abilities to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Work Ethic: Proven capability to perform exceptionally well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
