# Career Opportunities: Join the Investing in Nutrition and Early Years (INEY) Phase 2 Program
The Investing in Nutrition and Early Years (INEY) program is a strategic initiative launched by the Government of Indonesia in partnership with the World Bank. Designed to combat stunting among children under five, this comprehensive program aims to elevate the standards of nutrition and healthcare services for adolescent girls, expectant mothers, and young children. Bappenas (The Ministry of National Development Planning) is now inviting qualified professionals to join the second phase of this impactful program.

Bappenas is currently seeking dedicated professionals for the following roles:
1. Liaison Officer: Setwapres, Ministry of Finance, Kemendukbangga, and Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture
This role serves as a crucial link between national stakeholders. You will be responsible for coordinating activities, ensuring verification protocols are met, and facilitating smooth communication between agencies.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor Program Action Plan progress.
* Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.
* Coordinate with the Finance and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP).
* Bridge communications between Bappenas and key ministries.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nutrition, Economics, or Management, with at least 3 years of experience in project management and inter-agency coordination. Proficiency in data analysis software (SPSS/Stata/Excel) is required.
2. Environmental and Social Safeguards Specialist
This position ensures that all program activities adhere to strict environmental and social standards, safeguarding the integrity of the INEY program.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Implement Environmental and Social Commitment Plans (ESCP).
* Manage grievance and reporting mechanisms.
* Conduct stakeholder mapping and risk assessments.
* Facilitate capacity-building workshops on social and environmental frameworks.
* Qualifications: Advanced degree (S2) in Environmental Science, Sociology, or Anthropology preferred. Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in social/environmental safeguards and be fluent in English.
3. Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist (Early Childhood Education Support)
Focusing on the PAUD HI program, this expert will design frameworks to measure the effectiveness of early childhood education interventions.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop accurate baselines and performance indicators.
* Analyze monitoring results to influence policy.
* Provide technical guidance to the PAUD directorate.
* Qualifications: Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Statistics, or Research & Evaluation. A minimum of 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation is essential.
4. Public Policy, Advocacy, and Field Mobilization Analyst
This senior role focuses on data-driven policy recommendations to accelerate stunting reduction efforts.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop policy briefs based on nutritional surveys and national health surveillance data.
* Create innovative strategies for stunting prevention.
* Lead coordination and sync efforts across government agencies.
* Qualifications: Master’s degree (PhD preferred) in Public Policy, Public Health, or Health Statistics. Candidates must have 5 years of experience in nutritional policy and a proven track record of advanced data analysis. High proficiency in English (TOEFL 550/IELTS 6.5) is mandatory.
