Key Responsibilities and Requirements
To ensure success in this role, we require candidates who possess a blend of local market knowledge and strong interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for expanding our footprint across Pati, Kudus, Jepara, Rembang, and Purwodadi.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a marketing or sales role. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the food and beverage (F&B) sector.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with various stakeholders.
* Regional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the East Pantura market and existing familiarity with the region’s commercial landscape.
* Residency: Must currently reside in Kudus or the surrounding areas to ensure efficient coverage of the designated territory.
* Mobility: Must possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle for professional use.
