As we continue to expand our operational footprint, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Production Engineer to join our team in Serang Baru, Bekasi.
## Role Overview: Production Engineering
The Production Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring our manufacturing excellence remains at the cutting edge. You will be responsible for balancing operational efficiency with technical precision, ensuring that every product leaving our facility adheres to the stringent quality standards our global clients expect.
Core Responsibilities
* Production Planning: Develop detailed production schedules and comprehensive machine maintenance plans to ensure seamless operations.
* Performance Monitoring: Continuously evaluate daily production processes to ensure output aligns with established targets.
* Operational Analysis: Analyze productivity and efficiency metrics, proactively proposing programs to drive process optimization.
* Standardization: Create, evaluate, and update Work Instructions (WI) and define critical production process parameters.
* Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Troubleshoot production bottlenecks and technical failures by identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective measures.
* Reporting: Generate performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.
* Compliance: Guarantee that all manufacturing activities remain strictly within the bounds of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and company regulations.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure harmonious workflows between production cycles and maintenance schedules.
## Candidate Requirements
We are seeking a proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in a production engineering capacity within a manufacturing environment.
* Quality Management Systems: Deep understanding of ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 14001 (Environmental) management systems.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to measure process efficiency and conduct productivity analysis.
* Methodology Expertise: Practical experience in implementing Continuous Improvement initiatives, such as Kaizen or Lean Manufacturing.
* Mechanical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of production machinery and foundational industrial maintenance.
* Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and deliver effective improvements.
* Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Microsoft Excel.
* Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team or independently.
