## Available Positions: Frontliner (Teller and Customer Service)
We are currently hiring for Frontliner roles across several major Indonesian cities. These positions are the face of our organization, responsible for delivering high-quality service and fostering strong client relationships.
Customer Service Responsibilities
* Customer Engagement: Actively identify client needs and offer appropriate product alternatives to support the marketing of savings, services, and other banking solutions.
* Account Management: Manage account openings and closures, facility updates, data modifications, and other essential banking service requests.
* Quality Service: Provide comprehensive information to both existing and prospective clients while maintaining professional service standards.
* Sales Growth: Execute cross-selling initiatives for various banking products and services.
* Administrative Excellence: Handle balance inquiries, account statement printing, checkbook requests, and manual transaction logging.
* Issue Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve client complaints or inquiries with a focus on satisfaction.
Teller Responsibilities
* Operational Execution: Handle front-office operational transactions in strict accordance with Islamic banking procedures and regulations.
* Cash Management: Manage cash box limits, ensure daily balancing, and resolve any discrepancies immediately within the same business day.
* Transaction Handling: Process all inbound transactions and resolve any offline or "Communication Time Out" (CTO) issues.
* Sales Support: Participate in cross-selling bank products to branch clients.
* Operational Compliance: Adhere to all front-office operational programs, policies, and internal guidelines.
## Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for these roles, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Age: Maximum 27 years old.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Customer Service Representative or Teller within the banking industry (prior experience with the BCA Magang Bakti program is highly prioritized).
* Soft Skills: Must be highly communicative, persuasive, professional, friendly, and detail-oriented.
* Performance: Proven ability to meet and exceed cross-selling targets.
* Availability: Willingness to be stationed in our various branches across Jabodetabek, Palembang, Medan, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Solo, or Surabaya.
