## Role Overview and Core Requirements
We are looking for a versatile quality assurance specialist who bridges the gap between meticulous manual evaluation and scalable automated testing. The ideal candidate will take ownership of validating production-grade architectures that keep our supply chains, manufacturing processes, and enterprise systems running without a hitch.
Professional Experience
* Tenure: At least 3 to 5 solid years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance, encompassing both manual verification and automated frameworks.
* System Validation: Demonstrated success in architecting and executing comprehensive integration testing and load/performance assessments on high-traffic, production-ready environments.
* Platform Diversity: Extensive background in testing complex ecosystems, including web applications, mobile platforms, and heavily interconnected API architectures.
* Collaboration & Documentation: Exceptional analytical thinking paired with the ability to articulate crystal-clear bug reports, maintain precise test documentation, and partner smoothly with cross-functional stakeholders such as developers, product owners, and business analysts.

Testing Methodologies & Automation
* Manual Testing Excellence: Proficient in designing comprehensive test plans and test cases, alongside executing exploratory, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* UI Test Automation: Working knowledge of modern web automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent tools.
* API Validation: Expertise in validating and automating backend communications utilizing Postman, REST Assured, or similar suites.
* Complex Integrations: Proven capability to trace data flow and test integrations across multi-system environments, including Point of Sale (POS) systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and external third-party APIs.
* Performance & Load Engineering: Familiarity with performance testing utilities like k6, JMeter, Locust, or Gatling. You should be comfortable identifying bottlenecks and interpreting vital metrics including response time, throughput, error rates, and p95/p99 percentiles.
Infrastructure & Tooling
* Database Management: Competency in writing SQL queries specifically for backend data validation and preparing clean test datasets.
* CI/CD Pipelines: Experience embedding automated test suites into continuous integration workflows using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or comparable platforms.
* Management & Version Control: Proficiency in defect and test management systems like Jira and TestRail, alongside daily use of Git.
