1. Recruitment Staff (AKAD)

The Recruitment Staff will manage the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle, specifically focusing on operational workforce fulfillment through specific employment schemes. This role demands high mobility, strategic sourcing capabilities, and seamless coordination with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to fulfill operational manpower needs through specific labor schemes.
* Execute mass hiring campaigns and workforce fulfillment strategies tailored to diverse regional operational requirements.
* Perform candidate sourcing, application screening, administrative selection, interviews, and subsequent assessment stages.
* Coordinate with the Manpower Office regarding regulatory compliance, labor administration, and statutory documentation.
* Undertake official business trips to various regions and labor agency locations to conduct direct candidate sourcing.
* Establish and nurture partnerships with external vendors and labor agencies to secure a steady talent pipeline.
* Oversee the fulfillment of operational roles, including harvesters, maintenance crew, supervisors, daily workers, and non-staff personnel.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers and agency partners to align on headcounts, qualifications, placement sites, and timelines.
* Verify candidate credentials, ensure document completeness, and monitor candidates through onboarding and placement.
* Compile and analyze recruitment metrics, progression reports, and manpower status updates to guide strategic decisions.

Candidate Qualifications
* Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
* At least 1 to 2 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on high-volume or operational recruitment.
* Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end hiring workflows, from sourcing to onboarding.
* Familiarity with specific labor regulations and administrative compliance is considered a distinct advantage.
* Proven track record in executing mass hiring initiatives and fulfilling large-scale manpower targets.
* Experience liaising with local Manpower Offices and external labor vendors.

* Monitor and control financial transactions and activities within designated KSO units in accordance with company policies.
* Track the realization of revenues, operational expenditures, and cash flow movements on a regular basis.

* Compile necessary data and documentation for financial audits, evaluations, and internal reviews of KSO projects.
* Identify potential financial risks, transactional discrepancies, and administrative hurdles within KSO operations.
* Execute additional monitoring and reporting duties as directed by management.

Candidate Qualifications
* Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
* At least 2 to 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, auditing, internal controlling, or financial monitoring.
* Solid grasp of fundamental accounting principles, financial management, budgeting, and financial statement analysis.
* Demonstrated expertise in tracking budget realization and operational costs.
* Prior exposure to Joint Operation (KSO) frameworks will be viewed favorably.
