## General Requirements for Applicants
To be considered for the 2025 Batch 1 internship, all applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:
* Active Student Status: Must be currently enrolled in a higher education institution under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology.

## Required Administrative Documents
Candidates must prepare the following documentation to complete their application:
1. Official Referral Letter: Signed by university leadership and addressed to the Public Relations Subdivision of the Ministry. The letter must clearly state the specific position being applied for.
2. Academic Records: A valid Student ID card and the current Study Plan Card (KRS) showing the internship or field work course as part of the curriculum.
3. Professional Profile: A comprehensive CV featuring a recent photo, accompanied by a portfolio relevant to the field of application (PDF format, or links for video/animation projects).
4. Letter of Commitment: A statement signed over a stamp duty (materai), confirming the student’s dedication to completing the program and fulfilling all assigned duties.

1. Public Relations (Humas)
* Proficiency in writing press releases and news articles following journalistic standards.
* Experience in news analysis, issue monitoring, communication planning, and evaluation.
2. Cooperation (Kerja Sama)
* Open to students of International Relations, English Literature, or related fields.
* Strong command of English; certificates (TOEFL/IELTS/Duolingo) are a plus.
* High interest in domestic and international education partnerships.
3. Social Media Specialist & Copywriter
* Deep understanding of multi-platform social media management.
* Strong copywriting skills with perfect command of Indonesian grammar (EYD standards).
* Ability to perform social media performance analytics.
4. Content Creator
* Creative video production experience.
* Passionate about social media trends, with a specific preference for TikTok.
* Competent in basic cinematography and video editing.
5. Graphic Designer
* Mastery of design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel Draw, or Canva.
* Strong grasp of visual design principles and the ability to translate complex messages into engaging visuals.
6. Photographer & Videographer
* Proficiency in professional-grade photography and videography techniques.
7. Host / Master of Ceremonies
* Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
* Knowledgeable about higher education and scientific developments.
* Proven experience as a moderator or host (minimum of two previous appearances).
