## Job Title: Production Officer
Core Responsibilities
As a Production Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that manufacturing workflows run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your daily duties will include:
* Overseeing and supervising daily manufacturing operations to guarantee adherence to standard operating procedures.
* Identifying operational deviations promptly and executing effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Formulating and coordinating machinery or process improvements derived from internal and external audit findings.
* Compiling comprehensive manufacturing reports and conducting rigorous data analysis to optimize productivity, minimize waste, and enhance overall output efficiency.
Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this critical operational role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender & Age: Male or female, with a maximum age of 40 years old.
Educational Background: Must hold a Pharmacist Professional Degree (Profesi Apoteker) or a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (S1 Farmasi*).
* Academic Achievement: Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 for the Bachelor's degree.
* Study Duration: Maximum study duration of 6 years for the undergraduate degree.
* Work Arrangement: Must be physically and mentally prepared to work in rotating shifts.
* Work Location: Based at the main manufacturing facility in PT Konimex, Solo (Sukoharjo region).
