## Professional Vacancies
We are currently looking for qualified candidates to fill the following roles across our Head Office in Jakarta and our mining sites in East and West Kalimantan.
Engineering & Management Roles
* Superintendent SCM: Responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain logistics, material distribution, and procurement strategies to ensure operational efficiency.
* Superintendent Finance: Manages complex financial operations, ensuring budgetary compliance and strategic resource allocation across mining sites.
* Supervisor Cost Control: Focuses on monitoring project expenditures, analyzing financial data, and preparing reports to optimize savings and fiscal management.
* Supervisor Mineplan Engineer: Leads mine planning activities, utilizing specialized software to design efficient, safe, and productive extraction processes.
* Supervisor SHE: Manages Safety, Health, and Environment initiatives, ensuring full regulatory compliance and a zero-accident workplace culture.
* Finance & Accounting Staff: Supports daily financial administrative tasks, operational funding execution, and tax reporting requirements.
* Maintenance Planner: Organizes and schedules heavy equipment maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Operations & Technical Roles
* Foreman Production: Supervise daily output, resource utilization, and team performance to meet production targets.
* Foreman Fuel: Ensures the safe and efficient distribution and management of fuel across mining operations.
* Mechanic A2B/DT: Executes scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on heavy equipment units, including Hitachi, Komatsu, and Caterpillar.
* Auto Electrician: Diagnoses and repairs complex electrical systems, AC, and wiring for heavy machinery and haul trucks.
* Tyreman: Manages the inspection, maintenance, and replacement of industrial tires to maintain fleet performance.
* Dispatch: Coordinates real-time logistics and transportation scheduling for materials and personnel.
* Surveyor: Conducts topographic mapping and field measurements to support land development and mining site planning.
* Welder: Performs high-quality structural repairs and fabrications, certified by industry standards.
Heavy Equipment Operations
We are hiring experienced operators for the following equipment. All candidates must possess a valid B2/B2 General Driver’s License and prioritize safety protocols:

## Core Requirements for Applicants
* Educational Background: Minimum High School/Vocational (SMA/SMK) for operational roles; Diploma or Bachelor’s degrees for supervisory and engineering positions.
* Experience: Proven track record of at least 2–3 years in the mining or heavy industry sector.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to utilize industry-specific software (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Surpac) or possess mandatory certifications such as POP, SMKP, or K3 for relevant roles.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts and be stationed at remote mining sites.
