## Key Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure the highest standards of execution, applicants must meet the following baseline academic and professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Urban and Regional Planning (Planologi) or Economics.
* Academic Achievement: Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale. Fresh graduates are warmly encouraged to apply.
* Language Proficiency: Strong command of the English language, verified by minimum scores in one of the following tests:
* TOEFL ITP: Minimum 500
* TOEFL iBT: Minimum 80
* TOEFL Prediction: Minimum 500
* Exclusivity: Must not currently hold status as a State Civil Apparatus (ASN), member of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), or the Indonesian National Police (Polri), and must possess no Civil Servant Registration Number (NIP).

* Demonstrated experience in relevant organizations, research projects, or internships.
* Previous work or internship experience at Bappenas, the World Bank, or other international development agencies.
* Specialized experience in tourism, development economics, regional planning, sustainable development, public policy, or international development cooperation.
## Scope of Work and Responsibilities
As a member of the SQTDP team, your daily responsibilities will bridge high-level administrative coordination and technical substantive support. Your primary duties will include:
1. Facilitating seamless administrative workflows and operational coordination for the SQTDP implementation.
2. Assisting in the preparation, compilation, processing, and documentation of technical and substantive program materials.
3. Ensuring complete compliance and accuracy of all required documentation for scheduled SQTDP activities.
4. Supporting thorough review and quality assurance processes for documents submitted to secure the No Objection Letter (NOL) from the World Bank.
5. Tracking and ensuring prompt follow-ups on feedback, guidelines, or requirements issued by the World Bank and relevant partners.
6. Bridging communication and enhancing coordination between the Directorate, the SQTDP team, the World Bank, various ministries, regional governments, and external stakeholders.
