Position Requirements
To ensure the continued success of our operations, candidates for the Quality Control leadership position must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) diploma or higher (Diploma degree is a plus).
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the garment industry, specifically in a supervisory or quality control leadership role.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, high levels of personal discipline, and strong communication skills.
* Preferred Geography: Candidates residing in Central Java and surrounding areas are strongly encouraged to apply.
